  1. I really like the central figure in the last photo, it gives the image a haunted look. But I think the figure holding the torch ruins the illusion (ghosts don't use torches). I like the penultimate image for the same reason...but I think it would be better without the car.

  2. this theme has so much potential and I don't think I have seen it before, your idea of a partially seen thing is really good although you have only applied the idea to one location type i.e. a night time street, think about how you might use the idea in other ways, it could be very inventive

  3. I like the use of buildings as a frame in shots 1,3 and 4 to make it feel like a snatched "glimpse."

  4. My favourites are the first and last. Both of them for different reasons, The first because of the feeling of being glimpsed as well catching a glimpse yourself. I also like the framing, the walls lead the eye to the detail.

The last one because there is just a sense of movement, the framing's slightly different, but I like it.

The whole series makes me feel like I'm walking around a town at night so I think it's successful over all. I think the 2nd and 2nd to last have too much happening and the cars look too static compared to the movement of the people.

  5. With a ND filter you can take similar pictures also in the daylight. I like the idea of having "ghosts" in your pictures where all the rest of the stays still.
